Our aim is to create a sustainable structure that provides opportunities for female players of all ages to train, compete, and progress in a professional and supportive environment.

This year marks an exciting milestone with the introduction of our Ladies First Team, who compete in the North Riding Premier League. The team is made up of talented, dedicated players who share a collective ambition to challenge themselves and progress through the divisions. Our vision is to build a strong platform for women’s football in the region, providing a pathway for players to continue their development beyond youth football and into the senior game.
The creation of our Ladies and Girls programme represents the next stage in our academy’s growth, ensuring that female players have equal access to high quality coaching and progression pathways. We are committed to building a lasting legacy within the women’s game and providing every player with the platform to develop, compete, and achieve their potential.

To support the next generation of female players, we are launching two Girls’ Showcase Squads:
U13/U14s Showcase Squad, U15/U16s Showcase Squad
These squads will operate on a trial-only basis and are designed for ambitious players who aspire to reach the highest levels of the game. Training sessions will be delivered by our qualified coaching staff, focusing on technical development, tactical awareness, and game understanding. Players will also have the opportunity to participate in showcase fixtures against professional academies, offering invaluable exposure and experience within a competitive environment.
Our goal is to help talented girls bridge the gap to academy football, providing them with the support, structure, and opportunities needed to take the next step in their football journey.
