Development is only the beginning. A key part of the Evolution Academy is identifying and creating opportunities for players to progress towards the next level of football.
As players develop within our environment, we continually assess their progress, ability and individual needs. Our aim is to help every player understand what they need to improve and provide the right challenges and opportunities to help them move forward.
For some players, this may mean progressing into professional or semi-professional academy environments. For others, the next step may be through Evolution's JPL, U23 or senior football pathways, providing continued opportunities to develop and compete at a higher level.
We understand that every player's journey is different. Our goal isn't to take every player down the same route, it's to help every player find the right next step for them.
