Players train within their specific age group, allowing coaching and development to be tailored to the needs of the U12, U14 and U15 players. Sessions focus on technical, tactical, physical and individual development while creating a positive and challenging environment.

Players have the opportunity to represent Evolution PPL Warriors in competitive fixtures, putting their training into practice against strong opposition and developing their decision-making, confidence and understanding of competitive football.

As players develop, we identify opportunities for them to continue progressing within the Evolution pathway. Whether that means moving into higher-level football, progressing through the age groups or ultimately into senior women's football, our aim is to help every player take their next step.

Our aim is to give every player the opportunity to continue progressing within the game. As players develop through our Girls Academy, we want to create a clear route towards senior football through the Evolution Ladies First Team.

We believe the transition into senior football should be supported by the right environment, coaching and competitive experience, allowing players to continue developing while taking the next step in their football journey.
